Teaching Assistant | Mrs Naylor

"Together we will...learn and grow."

Bio

Whilst completing an apprenticeship with the Early Years Team at Ford, I am delighted to be supporting young learners, and sharing in those brilliant "light bulb" moments.

I’m passionate about fostering positive learning behaviours, understanding individual needs, and using differentiated approaches to help every child thrive—especially through programmes like Read Write Inc. (RWI).

With a background in administration, I am practical and resourceful, and eager to embrace a dynamic and playful role in education. I love being creative, exploring imaginative ways to support learning, and bringing energy and fun into the classroom.

Outside of school, I enjoy running, reading Agatha Christie mysteries, and spending time outdoors discovering new places.

What am I reading?

I love to read Agatha Christie on the weekends, bringing out my inner detective.

What am I researching?

As part of my ongoing professional development, I am currently undertaking a level 3 childcare qualification.
