Why Ford?

Ford Primary has always held a special place within my heart. It's where my learning journey began as a child and being able to return here as a member of staff has felt like coming full circle. 

What am I reading?

I really enjoy reading mystery novels and love getting lost in a good story, solving puzzles and following the twists and turns. There's something exciting about not knowing what is coming next!

What am I researching?

I am currently exploring ways to support and develop independence in Early Years learners. I'm especially interested in how small, consistent strategies can help young children build confidence and take ownership of their learning.
