"Together we will...create digital learning we will remember forever."

Bio

My passion for education as a child has always been a factor of why I wanted to become an educator. Having the opportunity to shape and change the lives of young children keeps me motivated.

I have always been someone that strives to be the best I can be. In 2017, I made the life-changing decision to leave my career as an estate agent - selling houses - to sell the dream of education.

Outside of school, I have a strong passion and love of sport - mainly football. I currently operate as a level 4 football referee across Devon (be kind if you see me). Alongside this, I am well known to love a good quiz.

Why Ford?

Ford Primary is a community school based in the very heart of Plymouth and it isn't difficult to see the heart of Ford the minute you walk through the gates. You immediately feel the passion and drive from the staff who are ready to give their very best for the pupils within their care.

This is a team that I want to be a part of!

What am I reading?

I am an avid reader of novels and sporting history. I also take time to read about current education changes and how strategies can improve my practice.

What am I researching?

I seem to always have projects on the go. I am researching how the SOI model of learning impacts on our ability to deepen understanding.
